Dress in your Halloween costume and experience 1860s fall living history activities!
Weather Update!
Mahaffie plans to host the event, rain or shine, as candy stations can be placed under the cover of the picnic shelter with a cement floor! Please wear footwear that can get muddy as the grounds may be slick. There are plenty of activities under cover as the historic Mahaffie house will be open, blacksmith demonstrations and more!
Horse drawn hay wagon rides are dependent on weather and ground conditions. Updates will be posted tomorrow afternoon. Thanks for understanding.
Activities may include: blacksmith and cookstove demonstrations, 1860s games and more!
Enjoy a horse-drawn hayrack ride, weather and ground conditions permitting.
Visit lots of candy stations sponsored by local businesses and organizations. Candy stations will be throughout the grounds, depending on weather and ground conditions.
All participants ages 3 & up are welcome to purchase advanced admission, $3/person before October 25. All are welcome to participate in the 1860s living history activities, including the horse-drawn hay wagon ride.
Admission is $4/person ages 3 & up at the gate.
Members have free admission, but they are asked to register
